His real name is...Louis Grammatico!

I saw Lou Gramm open for the Steve Miller Band in 1989, when I was 15. The guy behind me in the leopard-print tank top, in between doing coke from a tiny jar around his neck, repeatedly shouted, "Play 'Dirty White Boy,' motherfucker!" Gramm eventually complied.
